You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 60 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, York Wallcoverings will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 25% restocking fee, and return freight.

If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team on 1-800-375-YORK (Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EST).

York Wallcoverings aims to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt. We do not ship goods on weekends and we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We also do not currently ship outside of the United States. Products are shipped FedEx Ground and will take approximately 7-10 business days. We do not recommend delivery to a hotel or other temporary residence due to possible delivery delays, losses, or complications. We can only guarantee delivery to permanent residential or business addresses at this time.

Samples are shipped via USPS or FedEx One Rate and can take up to 2 business days to process and 3-5 business days to be received.

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times. Once tracking has been applied to an order, we are unable to cancel the order. Shipped orders will be subject to our return policy upon delivery

Please note shipping charges on the following products:

  • Samples ship free of charge up to 10 samples in an order.
  • Wallpaper rolls ship via a tiered Flat Rate Ground Shipment, depending upon the quantity and weight of your order, ranging from $9.99 to $29.99.
