Cancellations

If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service team on 1-800-375-YORK (Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EST).

Returns

You may return unopened merchandise, for any reason, within 60 days of the date of your original purchase from our website. Upon receipt of your return, York Wallcoverings will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling, 25% restocking fee, and return freight.

To request a return:

Contact us to request a return authorization number. Please have your order number ready when you call or email us.

Upon acceptance of your return request, an return authorization number will be issued via email. Please include, within the return packaging, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. Merchandise can be returned within 60 days, via the shipper of your choice, to the following address:

Once we have received your merchandise in unopened condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. All returns must be accompanied by a valid RA number, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fee.

Please note we do not accept returns on samples.
