Shipping Policy

York Wallcoverings aims to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receipt. We do not ship goods on weekends and we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We also do not currently ship outside of the United States. Products are shipped FedEx Ground and will take approximately 7-10 business days. We do not recommend delivery to a hotel or other temporary residence due to possible delivery delays, losses, or complications. We can only guarantee delivery to permanent residential or business addresses at this time. 

Samples are shipped via USPS or FedEx One Rate and can take up to 2 business days to process and 3-5 business days to be received.

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5pm Eastern Time so orders will only be processed during these times. Once tracking has been applied to an order, we are unable to cancel the order. Shipped orders will be subject to our return policy upon delivery

Shipping Cost for Wallpaper

Customers will be charged $10 (plus $1 for each additional wallpaper roll) for FedEx Home Delivery Ground, $40 (plus $1 for each additional wallpaper roll) for UPS 2nd Day Air, and $60 (plus $1 for each additional wallpaper roll) for UPS Next Day Air. Please allow additional shipping time for special order products.
